By creating an account or using Kithwith, you agree to these terms.

What Kithwith is

Kithwith helps you track what's in your garage and share, lend, sell, or donate items to people and organizations you choose. We provide the tool for organizing and coordinating — we are not a party to any exchange, loan, sale, or donation that happens between users.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you list, and for anything you agree to lend, sell, or give away.
• You're responsible for who you share items with and what access you grant them.
• Use the app lawfully — don't list stolen, unsafe, or prohibited items, and don't use Kithwith to harass or defraud other users.
• Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Transactions between users

Kithwith does not process payments, verify identities, or guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any item. Arrangements to lend, buy, sell, or pick up a donation are made directly between users, at their own risk and discretion. We recommend meeting in safe locations and using good judgment, the same as with any in-person exchange.

Organization accounts

Organizations registering to accept donations represent that they are a legitimate entity authorized to accept the donations they claim through the app.

No warranty

Kithwith is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
